In the unlikely circumstance that Betting on Nature does not take place, I understand that any funds received related to the event will instead be used to support the highest priorities of The Nature Conservancy in Nevada. Event cancellation shall not be deemed a breach of contract by The Nature Conservancy. The Nature Conservancy deeply appreciates your full support and special consideration to allow your generosity to continue to empower our mission.

We estimate the fair market value of goods and services received in return for each ticket to be $230.00. Note that the amount of your ticket that is deductible for federal income tax purposes is limited to the excess over this fair market value.

Please consult IRS guidance before purchasing tickets from a family foundation or donor advised fund.
